The University of the Philippines Department of Geodetic Engineering (UP DGE) successfully held its 45th Department Seminar: Tech Talk 2023 on March 30, 2023, featuring the latest surveying instruments used in the Geomatics industry in the Philippines.

The seminar, held live from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, took place in two locations: the GE Theater for the first session (1:00 PM – 2:30 PM) and the Sunken Garden for the second session (2:30 PM – 4:00 PM). It was attended by students, faculty, and professionals eager to learn about the latest advancements in surveying technologies.

The event featured Raquel Raiza Francisco as the guest speaker, representing Argotek Positioning Solutions, Inc. (APSI), a company specializing in cutting-edge surveying solutions. The talk provided attendees with valuable insights into the newest equipment and innovations shaping the field of Geomatics.
