With a mission to promote excellence in education, research, and service globally, we cultivate responsible, globally competitive professionals committed to public welfare, develop geospatial solutions improving quality of life, and collaborate to solve  problems and nurture future leaders. Our comprehensive program integrates complex theoretical knowledge with practical skills to allow our students excel academically and achieve outstanding licensure exam passing rates. UP DGE Students Sweep YGEP National Research Competition

UP COE and DGE Opens Its Doors to Future Iskolars at COE Open House

UP COE and UP DGE opened their doors to incoming Iskolars ng Bayan during the first-ever COE Open House held on May 17, 2025. A total of 434 UPCAT qualifiers attended the hybrid event, with 31 out of 75 BS Geodetic Engineering passers joining the DGE session. Students and families were welcomed with inspiring talks, department tours, and hands-on demonstrations, giving them a firsthand experience of life and learning at the country’s premier engineering institution.

RASA Surveying donates equipment to UP DGE

PH Geodetic Institutions Sign MMoU to Strengthen Global Geodesy

UP DGE and NAMRIA have joined 36 other agencies and organizations worldwide in signing a Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen the Global Geodesy Supply Chain (GGSC). The agreement, announced on March 11, 2025, underscores international collaboration in sustaining geodetic infrastructure vital for navigation, disaster resilience, and climate action.
